This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which SwedSenior Insurance provides refunds for insurance premiums. We value transparency in our financial dealings and aim to ensure our customers understand our refund procedures.
SwedSenior Insurance offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our insurance policies. If you're not completely satisfied with your policy for any reason, we will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, provide a refund according to the terms outlined in this policy.
This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription insurance plans.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
Refunds will be calculated based on the following principles:
Example calculation:
Annual premium: 4,800 SEK
Policy cancellation after 3 months
Unused portion: 9 months (75% of annual period)
Pro-rated refund before fees: 3,600 SEK
Cancellation fee: 480 SEK (10% of annual premium)
Final refund amount: 3,120 SEK
Please note that refund requests must be submitted by the policyholder or an authorized representative.

For any policies already in force, the Refund Policy in effect at the time of policy purchase will apply to that policy unless changes are required by law or regulation.
