IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS, SWEDSENIOR INSURANCE IS FOUND TO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, SWEDSENIOR INSURANCE'S LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE TOTAL OF ANY FEES PAID BY YOU TO SWEDSENIOR INSURANCE IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (2) 100 EURO.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwedSenior Insurance, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Website and Services

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the Website and Services, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Website or Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.
